Turn up the volume for our luscious, singing avocado!

Our latest character design is a cheerful avocado that flaunts its colour, flavour and overall deliciousness in this ad for Trops. As the woman begs the fruit not to be overripe, it joyfully bursts into song, proclaiming its perfect ripeness.

In order to achieve a seamless integration between the animated CG avocado and the footage, the ad was filmed with on-set supervision by Albert Garcia, our Head of 2D in Barcelona. It was first shot with a real avocado and then without it, which allowed our team to easily integrate position, textures, and lighting, finding a balance between reality and singing avocados.

It was a true pleasure to work with director Marco Huertas, Agencia Rosebud and production company Jakiens Video Design on this fun commercial. Careful with watching it on repeat, the song is extremely catchy!
